Mint:  Unworn condition, without signs of wear. May have minimal signs of wear from storage or handling while on display. May have been lightly detailed to remove a blemish from case handling.

Very Good  Worn with little to no signs of wear. Crystal, hands, dial, case, and movement are in favorable condition. May have been polished.

Good  Signs of wear or scratches. No large dents or cracks. May have been polished.

Fair  Obvious wear or scratches. Fully functional, may contain non-original parts. In most cases, the watch will be polished.

Poor  Heavy wear or scratches. May not be fully functional. Some parts may need replacing.

Incomplete  Components may be missing or non-functional. Suitable only for parts. May contain non-original parts.

Vintage Mint  Fully functional, all original parts, and as preferred by collectors and purists, unpolished. The condition will reflect the age of the piece as it is vintage. As an unpolished vintage piece, scratches, dings, and/or pitting may be present. Other age-related expectations may be present, such as a faded dial, lack of luminescence, and bracelet link tightness. Overall a piece marked as Vintage Mint will be one of the best offerings on the market.

Vintage Very Good  Fully functional, may contain non-original parts, may have been polished. The condition will reflect the age of the piece as it is vintage. In some cases to keep the piece operational, non-original parts may have been used due to the lack of original parts

Vintage Poor  Not fully functional. May contain non-original parts. May have been polished. In some cases it is impossible to re-haul. For example a watch that keeps time but no longer supports a working chronograph.
