Warranty
All our pre-owned watches come with a 15-month warranty, that covers the functionality of the watch. Damage caused by negligence and misuse, including and not limited to broken crystals, scratched cases and bracelets, ruined straps and buckles, broken components inside the watch that are deemed to be the result of an impact or abuse of any nature to the timepiece, are not covered by the warranty.
Returns & Exchanges
Tarrytown Jewelers offers a full 7-day money-back guarantee for purchases made with either cash, check, or wire transfer. The refund will be less than the credit card fees for purchases made with a credit card. The 7-day period is from the time of receipt of the item. This period will be extended within reason in certain situations, but only with prior consent from Tarrytown Jewelers. Fees incurred to return items, including but not limited to; shipping, insurance, and import duty – where applicable- are the buyer’s responsibility. Returned items must not be worn, and show no visible signs of wear. Special orders and New items are final sales.

Shipping Costs
Tarrytown Jewelers does not include shipping costs on the listed prices. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will vary based on weight, value, and location.
Costs of returns, repairs, and warranty coverage are item specific. Terms are designated regarding the events leading up to the needed repair and time period from which the watch was purchased.
Shipping to the Continental USA
Tarrytown Jewelers ships using, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We ship express overnight shipping on all watch orders. All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit and all require an adult signature to complete the delivery. We do not ship over the weekend to avoid the package stalling in transit at a depot until Monday arrives. Special arrangements can be made for Sat. deliveries for an additional cost and may not be available in all areas. Sales tax or other fees on orders shipping anywhere outside of New York State are dependent on the destination and their applicable laws.
Shipping to Outside the Continental USA
Tarrytown Jewelers ships most international packages using FedEx International. All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit and all require an adult signature to complete the delivery. Arrival times vary based on location. Duty and or other fees associated with the buyer’s international shipment will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping to a Non-Billing Address
Tarrytown Jewelers is required to ship to the billing address when a credit card is used. If the buyer must have a package shipped an alternate address, an alternate address needs to be filed with the buyer’s credit card company by calling the card company and adding the address before any shipment is made.
Shipping Within New York State
Tarrytown Jewelers is located in New York and required by law to collect sales tax on all deliveries within the state of New York.
P.O. Boxes
Tarrytown Jewelers can deliver to P.O. Boxes when using the USPS.
APO/FPB Military Addresses
Tarrytown Jewelers delivers to APO/FPO Military Addresses with details handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipment Tracking
For insurance purposes, Tarrytown Jewelers is unable to divulge tracking numbers over the phone or through email. We are happy to update you on the shipment status and details relating a shipment whenever you like. Feel free to call +1 914-949-0481 and we will provide the most up to date status on your shipment.
Prices & Payment
Prices quoted on Tarrytownjewelers.com are discounted for payment by check, wire, or cash. Payment by Credit Cards are only accepted in person at our store and may incur additional fees to cover the associated charges. This charge will be applied on a sale-by-sale basis at our discretion, and as per our returns policy above, may not be refunded in the event of the return of the item. Tarrytown Jewelers accepts American Express (and other Major Credit Cards at our discretion), provided the watch is shipped to a continental US billing address, and for security purposes, we require a copy (fax or e-mail) of the front and back of the card and a copy of the card holder’s driving license. The only method of payment that we accept for a transaction outside of the continental US is a wire transfer. We ship once funds have cleared. Please note that any import duties that result from a transaction would be the responsibility of the purchaser. For all sales, we have insurance through a third-party provider. New watches and special orders are non-refundable and may only be paid with a check or wire transfer.
