Five Stars simply isn’t enough! I worked with Josh for a few weeks, put him through the wringer checking this and checking that for the perfect watch for my son’s college graduation. I knew my son wanted the Rolex Submariner 41mm Bluesy and Josh came through like a champ! The watch is absolutely stunning, perfect in every way, and the dedication of service and professionalism was equal to the watch! Tarrytown Jewelers has gained a customer for life! What a great find! Tarrytown Jewelers is a small shop with a great social media following and provides a great selection of Swiss watches. I found a Patek I was sourcing and flew up to purchase it. Located in Upper NY the store is close to the Westchester NY Airport (HPN). A quick 15-minute Uber from the airport. Josh answered all my questions with rapid responses, before my trip. I purchased a beautiful Calatrava for my "retirement watch". All of the staff were very cordial, and I will now continue to support their store for future purchases. Josh was very fair with his pricing, accommodations, and the Rolex value he offered me for my trade-in toward the Calatrava. Skip the AD games and deal with Tarrytown Jewelers - They are well-connected and have some great Swiss watch offerings every month. I highly recommend them without question!!

I recently had a great experience with Tarrytown Jewelers. I was interested in a Patek Philippe watch, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my preferences. The owner Steve walked me through the piece and was very responsive and willing to accommodate my inquires. I ultimately did not purchase the watch due to my financial timing, but I was impressed with the selection and customer service. As a watch enthusiast, I have dealt with watch dealers in TX, MO, NJ, and CA and I'm super excited to have found this establishment. It's a plus that they are relatively local to NYC Metro area. I highly recommend Tarrytown Jewelers to anyone looking for a high-quality timepiece and a first-class customer service. I will be back

I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with tarrytown jewelers. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and will work quickly to repair your pieces. My engagement ring broke during my move and Greg had it fixed in a matter of minutes! The customer service and quality of craftsmanship is superb and it’s always a pleasure to see Ricky and Greg. I highly recommend this establishment and only wish I could take them with me to Baltimore!

Had an inheritance of jewelry which I called Ricki who took the time to go over different options and made appointment for the next day. Ricki took the time even though other customers were coming and going, she appraised every piece and even gave a good suggestion on the custom pieces. Whether you are buying or selling this is the place to go to. The owner of the store also gave us very good advice on antique coins that we brought in with us.

Just bought a Yachtmaster II and worked with Josh. He was great to work with, very responsive to my questions. I was a bit worried about spending this much money online without seeing the watch but looking at the reviews the company has made me feel more comfortable. Josh made the process easy and the watch was delivered to my house next day. Was such an easy, smooth process I purchased another watch from him the following week. Don't hesitate to do business with this company.One thing I will add that I noticed while researching this company. Look closely at all reviews...Every review is 5 star other than a few select 1 star ones. I run a business in sales myself and know firsthand that you cannot and will not please everyone. We live in an entitled world now and those that don't agree with the truth will go out of their way to bash you online. The fact that other than the select few 1 star reviews there isn't a review less than 5 stars tells just how good this company treats their customers. A+++ business in my opinion...thanks again!

Just purchased my first Rolex here. I was recommended by my cousin who has bought a few watches from them. Ricki was extremely professional with answering my questions. The owner Steve was extremely knowledgeable and went above & beyond with customer service. I could not be more happier with this purchase. I would highly recommend Tarrytown to anyone looking for their next watch!Purchased another watch (Batman GMT 2023) from Tarrytown jewelers last week. Not sure where the negatives reviewscame from because they seem to be bots or not actual real customers. I’m taking the time to write this because buying a watch is a considerable purchase. Ricki was beyond professional with me. I was in Miami and wired the money for the watch. By 9 am the next morning the watch had arrived in perfect condition and Ricki took the time to write a personal thank you note. Went to a local Rolex AD to have the watch sized to my wrist. Great customer service from Tarrytown all around (Greg/Ricki/Steve). I will continue to work with them for the years to come.

They are clearly committed to customer service, and have exceeding my expectations in every way. I live in SC and purchased from them online. I worked with Josh to purchase my dream watch...a great quality pre-owned Cartier. Prices were very competitive and communication during the process was excellent. They were so responsive and helpful and shipment was overnight. The extra mile that blew me away came when I determined I needed an extra link. Josh mailed it overnight. When I couldn't find anyone in my town who could add the link, Monika provided the label I needed to send the watch back to them overnight, and they added the link and provided it back in my hands THE NEXT DAY. It's so inspiring to find a business that still places such high priority on exceptional service to their clients, even after the sale. If I'm ever in Hartsdale, I plan to stop by and shake their hands for doing it so right.

Ricki and Linda at this store are the BOMBS! Their professional goes unmatched. They did everything possible to put me at ease buying a watch site unseen over a very long distance.As soon as they received the wire transfer the watch was overnighted to me and it was exactly as represented and I am thrilled! Steve is a true professional and VERY quick to reply to my emails with a detailed response and he took every call when I would call with a question. I was shopping for a Rolex YM for my 50th birthday and honestly was hesitant to make a such a large purchase online but Steve went above and beyond my expectations. Watch arrived overnight as promised, date and time accurately set to MY timezone (nice touch) and in impeccable condition. Highly recommend them for any of your jewelry/watch needs.

Before TJ, I'd been to three different jewellers around Westchester for different things (buying, resizing, polishing.)The workmanship was shoddy and they were all cranky and impolite. NOT Tarrytown Jewellers staff. This is hands down my go to from now on. I took in my 22 year old 14k gold ring that split when I closed my hand in the garage door. The staff wrote on my receipt "fix and polish as good as new," and that's what they did. The work is exceptional. The staff very professional, informative and friendly.

Ricki is an absolute jewel! I never imagined I would feel as comfortable as I did buying a luxury good remotely, but she knocked it out of the park. Monica helped coordinate a repair to my great grandmother’s ring, it had some rough spots where it was wearing through and the platinum had worn away from the top. The Jeweler did a fantastic job fixing my heirloom, it was fit smoothly and my Mom said it looked like it used to with the platinum around the sapphire. It was all done at a very fair price and excellent quality, I’m so glad me friend told me about Tarrytown Jewelers, I’ll be going back.

I would highly recommend Josh and the team as my experience was top notch: very professional and just great people. I have to say that compared to many of the other leading watch retailers out there; Tarrytown Jewelers is a bit more competitive on price and a lot more high touch in providing a great experience. This is my second review; but will affirm that Josh and the TJ team are a class act that not only has the fairest prices in the market, but an exceptional white glove experience in making me happy! Since my reverso purchase three years ago, this is my fourth watch from Josh and I would highly recommend his services!I purchased a perfect JLC grand reverso from Steve and his team and I have to say that my experience with him prior to purchase and the service afterwards has been exceptional! I am actually going back to purchase another rolex this week and looking forward to picking it up. The tarrytown team is very professional and I highly recommend them!

Contacted them today and am at home now with the watch of my dreams. Drove up from NYC, which was convenient. Steve worked with me from the beginning up until to the very end. Super friendly and very cool guy. Other dealers should take note... Tarrytown Jewelers is certainly a hidden away gem. Ricki from Tarrytown Jewelers has been nothing short of fantastic. She has been a thorough professional and a great consultant when it comes to buying and selling watches.I started trading and purchasing watches with them last year, and I have traded/purchased about 4-5 watches to date. They were able to work with me to find very specific watches that are difficult to find in the market and work with me on the numbers. In addition to finding rare models, they have a knack for finding watches in great condition with all the required paperwork. Where do I start........This is a first for me, buying a Rolex. So, I was hesitant about this whole process despite the extensive research I did of the pricing, models, and who/where to buy a preowned, authentic Rolex from.Between Josh and Steve, they have made this experience AMAZING for me! I don’t do reviews often, but Tarrytown made it impossible not to. They really put my fears and hesitation at ease.Not to mention, their watches are gorgeous! I say watches because I returned the first one (my fault, I decided to go a little bigger, 36mm). Both watches were exactly as described in the picture. Even during the exchange of the first Rolex , Josh was so helpful and communicative every step of the way. They went above and beyond my expectations. I want to stress how easy it was to get in touch with when I had questions and concerns along the way. Can't speak more highly of a high-end watch seller than Tarrytown Jewelers. Steve was professional and honest at every step of our transaction. Buying my first Patek Grand Complication site unseen could have been a very scary experience, but Tarrytown's reputation and Steve's approach to the transaction (helpful but never pushy) made it an exciting, memorable moment. I was looking for a particular Patek Philippe and having difficulty locating it. Tarrytown Jewelers not only had the watch, a Nautilus model 5712/1a, but made purchasing it a pleasant buying experience. What made the experience even better, they offered me more for my Rolex submariner than several online purchasers had, which I eventually traded to them towards my purchase.
