Five Stars simply isn’t enough! I worked with Josh for a few weeks, put him through the wringer checking this and checking that for the perfect watch for my son’s college graduation. I knew my son wanted the Rolex Submariner 41mm Bluesy and Josh came through like a champ! What a great find! Tarrytown Jewelers is a small shop with a great social media following and provides a great selection of Swiss watches. I found a Patek I was sourcing and flew up to purchase it. Located in Upper NY the store is close to the Westchester NY Airport (HPN). A quick 15-minute Uber from the airport. Josh answered all my questions with rapid responses, before my trip. I purchased a beautiful Calatrava for my "retirement watch". All of the staff were very cordial, and I will now continue to support their store for future purchases. Josh was very fair with his pricing, accommodations, and the Rolex value he offered me for my trade-in toward the Calatrava. Skip the AD games and deal with Tarrytown Jewelers - They are well-connected and have some great Swiss watch offerings every month. I highly recommend them without question!!

I recently had a great experience with Tarrytown Jewelers. I was interested in a Patek Philippe watch, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my preferences. The owner Steve walked me through the piece and was very responsive and willing to accommodate my inquires. I ultimately did not purchase the watch due to my financial timing, but I was impressed with the selection and customer service. As a watch enthusiast, I have dealt with watch dealers in TX, MO, NJ, and CA and I'm super excited to have found this establishment. It's a plus that they are relatively local to NYC Metro area. I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with tarrytown jewelers. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and will work quickly to repair your pieces. My engagement ring broke during my move and Greg had it fixed in a matter of minutes! The customer service and quality of craftsmanship is superb and it’s always a pleasure to see Ricky and Greg. Had an inheritance of jewelry which I called Ricki who took the time to go over different options and made appointment for the next day. Ricki took the time even though other customers were coming and going, she appraised every piece and even gave a good suggestion on the custom pieces. Just bought a Yachtmaster II and worked with Josh. He was great to work with, very responsive to my questions. I was a bit worried about spending this much money online without seeing the watch but looking at the reviews the company has made me feel more comfortable. Josh made the process easy and the watch was delivered to my house next day. Was such an easy, smooth process I purchased another watch from him the following week. Don't hesitate to do business with this company.One thing I will add that I noticed while researching this company. Look closely at all reviews...Every review is 5 star other than a few select 1 star ones. I run a business in sales myself and know firsthand that you cannot and will not please everyone. We live in an entitled world now and those that don't agree with the truth will go out of their way to bash you online. The fact that other than the select few 1 star reviews there isn't a review less than 5 stars tells just how good this company treats their customers. A+++ business in my opinion...thanks again!

Not sure where the negatives reviewscame from because they seem to be bots or not actual real customers. I’m taking the time to write this because buying a watch is a considerable purchase. Ricki was beyond professional with me. I was in Miami and wired the money for the watch. By 9 am the next morning the watch had arrived in perfect condition and Ricki took the time to write a personal thank you note. Went to a local Rolex AD to have the watch sized to my wrist. They are clearly committed to customer service, and have exceeding my expectations in every way. I live in SC and purchased from them online. I worked with Josh to purchase my dream watch...a great quality pre-owned Cartier. Prices were very competitive and communication during the process was excellent. They were so responsive and helpful and shipment was overnight. The extra mile that blew me away came when I determined I needed an extra link. Josh mailed it overnight. When I couldn't find anyone in my town who could add the link, Monika provided the label I needed to send the watch back to them overnight, and they added the link and provided it back in my hands THE NEXT DAY. It's so inspiring to find a business that still places such high priority on exceptional service to their clients, even after the sale. Ricki and Linda at this store are the BOMBS! Their professional goes unmatched. Steve is a true professional and VERY quick to reply to my emails with a detailed response and he took every call when I would call with a question. I was shopping for a Rolex YM for my 50th birthday and honestly was hesitant to make a such a large purchase online but Steve went above and beyond my expectations. Before TJ, I'd been to three different jewellers around Westchester for different things (buying, resizing, polishing.)The workmanship was shoddy and they were all cranky and impolite. NOT Tarrytown Jewellers staff. This is hands down my go to from now on. I took in my 22 year old 14k gold ring that split when I closed my hand in the garage door. The staff wrote on my receipt "fix and polish as good as new," and that's what they did. The work is exceptional. The staff very professional, informative and friendly.

I then decided to visit the store to see the watch in person. Unfortunately Josh was off and I met Ricki! She was great. Her personality and condor were perfect for me. She allowed me to look at several other watches and then decide upon the final two. I then met Steve, the owner, who worked with me on the price and now I am a faithful customer. Ricki is an absolute jewel! I never imagined I would feel as comfortable as I did buying a luxury good remotely, but she knocked it out of the park. I also briefly dealt with Monica who was also pleasant and highly efficient. 10/10 would recommend Tarrytown Jewelers, I've been singing their praises since I received my item a whopping 20 hours after payment was received. Cant wait to work with them again!

Monica helped coordinate a repair to my great grandmother’s ring, it had some rough spots where it was wearing through and the platinum had worn away from the top. The Jeweler did a fantastic job fixing my heirloom, it was fit smoothly and my Mom said it looked like it used to with the platinum around the sapphire. It was all done at a very fair price and excellent quality, I’m so glad me friend told me about Tarrytown Jewelers, I’ll be going back.
